Acceptance & Applicability of Terms

Account Creation, Verification & Security
Registration Process
To open an account with q99, you must provide an active mobile number and valid identity information. Each user may only register one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination.
Identity Verification
Account verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. The verification process may require your National ID or passport details. Providing false information will result in immediate account termination.
Password & Account Security

User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
All q99 users are required to comply with the following rules:
- Intentionally exploiting any technical vulnerability or bug on the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account is strictly prohibited.
- The use of any automated software (bots), scripts, or hacking tools on the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Harassing, intimidating, or deceiving other users is strictly prohibited.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity is strictly forbidden.
- Collusion or match-fixing in betting and games is strictly prohibited.
Q99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account found in violation of the above rules, without prior notice. In such cases, the account balance may be forfeited.
Payment, Transaction & Financial Terms
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on q99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals can be made using approved payment methods such as bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits must meet the minimum required amount.
Withdrawal Terms
Your account must be fully verified before you can make a withdrawal. Winnings earned from bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements before withdrawal. The wagering requirements for each bonus are outlined in the respective bonus details.
Transaction Responsibility
Q99 is not responsible for failed or delayed transactions resulting from incorrect information provided by the user. q99 reserves the right to conduct verification procedures for any suspicious transactions. Records of all transactions are available in the history section of your account.

Account Suspension & Termination
Q99 may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate any account for the following reasons:

- Fraudulent Activity
- Multiple Accounts
- Providing False Identity Information
- Security-Compromising Behavior
Following account termination, q99 will determine on a case-by-case basis whether any legitimately earned withdrawable balance will be returned.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law
